Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Any variations in processing time are listed on the particular product page.

During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location unless a free shipping promotion is available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather delays, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Sable & Red may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, free shipping will be shown at checkout or included in the promotion details.

Local Delivery

Same-day or local personal delivery may be available for eligible local orders. Availability may depend on location, order timing, and scheduling.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information if available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been scanned.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sable & Red is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Sable & Red is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 business day of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
