The Story Behind Sable & Red

There are some names that are created in a boardroom.
And then there are names born from love, loyalty, memories, and the kind of connection that never truly leaves you.

Sable & Red was never just meant to be a boutique. It was built from pieces of my life that mattered most.

If you know Siberian Huskies, then you know their coat colors sound almost too beautiful to be real — sable, red & white, agouti, copper, silver. There’s something naturally luxurious about them. Strong yet elegant. Wild yet refined.

The name Sable & Red comes from my first two male Huskies: Aspen and Booker.

Aspen was a stunning sable-colored Husky with a presence that turned heads everywhere he went. Booker — officially Count Booker according to his AKC papers, which still makes me laugh — was a gorgeous red & white Husky whose coloring leaned more rich copper and warm brown than bright red.

They were more than pets. They were family. Loyal shadows. Personality-filled chaos. Comfort during difficult seasons. Joy during the best ones.

When I started building this brand, I wanted the name to feel personal, timeless, and meaningful. I didn’t want something trendy or forgettable. I wanted something with a story behind it.

And that story became Sable & Red.

The brand itself reflects the things I love most: elevated style, affordable luxury, statement pieces, feminine details, and finding beauty in things that make people feel confident and special. Whether it’s jewelry, accessories, handbags, or curated finds, every piece is chosen with intention.

But underneath the luxury aesthetic is something much deeper — heart, memory, and authenticity.

It started with two Huskies who left paw prints all over my life.

And somehow, they became the beginning of this dream.
